Whatever action we choose to take, we’re transparent, honest and we take accountability. Ultimately, we’re not afraid to try something new, we do what we say we will, and we take ownership for it. We believe it’s important to challenge each-others actions, and we do it with respect. If we see something we don’t agree with, we call it out. We have the best relationships to do it with confidence. We like to catch people doing things right and we love to recognise and celebrate our achievements. Empowerment and trust comes with responsibility and that’s why we own our actions.
