We hold immense pride in what we do at our iconic resort. It’s our passion to create memorable experiences and our genuine care, that makes us truly stand out from the rest. We see it as our role to be the custodians of our history, and deliver the expectations that our resort sets. Own our actions
We make many important decisions every day. Sometimes we get them right, sometimes we don’t, but we reflect and learn from it. Whatever action we choose to take, we’re transparent, honest and we take accountability. Ultimately, we’re not afraid to try something new, we do what we say we will, and we take ownership for it. We believe it’s important to challenge each-others actions, and we do it with respect. If we see something we don’t agree with, we call it out. We have the best relationships to do it with confidence. We like to catch people doing things right and we love to recognise and celebrate our achievements. Empowerment and trust comes with responsibility and that’s why we own our actions.

We may work in different departments and we may have different ideas, but our success comes from our working together. We know what we want to achieve and we achieve it together. We do it with communication, collaboration and inclusivity. Everyone here is equal and everyone has a part to play. We start every interaction with a can-do attitude and understand how we impact each other, making sure that it’s always a positive experience.
