  Lynsey - Revenue Manager

  I have been working at the Belfry for over 26 years. I started as a coffee waitress, worked my way through Sales. Few years down the line I decided to move to Reservations and was then promoted to Resort Desk Manager, and I stayed in that role for almost 19 years. I was recently promoted to Revenue Manager, and it is my job to ensure that our strategy is right for now and how we get it right for ‘the new Belfry’. I feel my biggest achievement are the relationships I have build over the last 26 years with all the teams and all departments across the resort. I like making use of our employee benefits, I love our Spa and free meals on shift. The best thing of working here are the people and if you want be part of something special, the Belfry is definitely the place to be.

  Emily - Resort Desk Executive

  I joined The Belfry just over 2 years ago in the resort desk team and the time has flown by! My managers have really supported me to learn and perfect my skills, giving me the confidence to teach others. We have great incentive schemes that us motivated and drive us to be our best whilst working in a team that’s like one big family – everyone is really friendly and caring. It’s like a second home, most days are a different with something new every day. There always something more to learn…it’s a happy place.

  Millie - Resort Desk Executive

  I started at The Belfry in 2022 and had great support and training from my manager and the whole team who are always there when you need them. In my time here, my biggest achievement has been winning the Belfry Hero Award where every month, the team vote for who has contributed the most to the resort. I love the culture working here and how all the teams come together to make the guest journey more special and important but mostly, my favourite thing is my team. They are like a little family. For anyone joining The Belfry, my advice is work hard and go for everything you want to do as it’s a great place to work with lots of opportunities and paths to go down.
