  I joined The Belfry 5 years ago as a Spa Therapist and my biggest achievements have been winning Spa Therapist of the Year at The Belfry Awards. I have had a lot of help from my managers and never hesitate to ask - I feel the Belfry recognises and appreciate their teams and some great incentives are in place like being able to come to the restaurants and staying in the hotel. The Belfry Belief I connect with most is Deliver Every Day in my department we treat every client as a VIP. It’s an amazing place to work and my team make it that way.

  I joined The Belfry as a Spa Therapist and within 6 months was promoted to Spa Supervisor assisting the management of all spa operations. My manager was really supportive with my promotion and continues to help me with my growth by putting me on different training programmes that are available.
