Comprising of the People Team, Marketing Team, Finance Department and Central Delivery Point, this dedicated group works collaboratively to provide essential support and expertise.

Cleo - CDP Supervisor
I came over form the Caribbean in 2015 and started at the Belfry in 2016 and have worked in Food & Beverage, Greenkeeping, Gardening, Mechanics and in 2021, I was offered the role as Supervisor in CDP where we manage all deliveries, stock and waste control. I’ve been really supported with help of the LEAD management development programme and there are so many benefits in place now, in terms of mental health support and training. My favourite thing though is the people, not just the team but also our guests. My advice to someone joining The Belfry is to take every chance you get, grab every opportunity and it’s alright to make mistakes. There are always opportunities, different jobs and roles which suit you and you will always receive guidance. The Belfry Belief I most connect with is Deliver Every Day – no matter what, we always smile and keep everyone happy.

Anna - Accounts Assistant
I joined The Belfry in 2017 and started in the Brabazon Bar 6 years ago before joining the Accounts team as Accounts Assistant. The Belfry has supported by development and I am doing my Accountancy Qualification and the whole Finance team and People Team is great in supporting me with my learning. The apprenticeship programme is really good as well as The Belfry Campus and e-learning which continues to help me learn. I love the environment and the people here at The Belfry and everyone is friendly, the culture is really warm. My advice to anyone joining us is to take all opportunities which come your way. The Belfry Belief I most connect with is Deliver Every Day – I give 100% every day…I am professional and I will always do my best to deliver. If it wasn’t for the Belfry I would not have been able to reach my goals and achievements.

Chelsea - Marketing
I joined The Belfry in 2021 as a Digital Marketing Executive and my biggest achievement so far was achieving Newcomer of the Year 2023 at our Belfry Annual Awards…to be recognised for this award out of the whole resort was proud moment. Since being at The Belfry, there has been clear focus on the wellbeing of the team especially with the launch of the Burnt Chef Project and regular Wellness Programmes, which are very beneficial to team members. My favourite thing about working at The Belfry is the people, everyone is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. One of the best Belfry benefits is the Service Charge Scheme…having the additional money each money is very beneficial and makes you feel recognised for your hard work. The Belfry Belief I most connect with is Better Together – working as a team and communicating across different departments is very beneficial in my role as it allows for creativity and new ideas to rise which I wouldn’t have thought of individually. I choose to stay at The Belfry because I feel very valued, plus, no day is every the same, which makes coming to work exciting!
