We are dedicated to continuous training and development, ensuring our greenkeepers acquire the qualifications to excel in their roles, and have opportunities to work internationally. Each year we utilise our partnerships to enable our greenkeepers to support tournaments all over the world. We offer the opportunity to complete an accredited qualifications as part of our Greenkeeping Academy. As part of the team, you'll operate and drive a range of machinery, enhancing your technical expertise and knowledge. The team have a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork and working with like-minded individuals who share a passion for maintaining world-class golf courses fosters a supportive and enjoyable work environment. Working in the Greenkeeping team at The Belfry Hotel and Resort offers a fulfilling blend of working in nature, continuous learning, operating specialised machinery, and being part of a close-knit team. One of the fantastic benefits that our Greenkeeping team love is refueling and relaxing with free meals onsite in our canteen, before heading back out for a few hours on the green. Whilst our Greenkeepers have a 5am start, they typically finish work by 2pm to enjoy the rest of the day.
