  George - Senior Conference & Events Sales Executive

  I started at The Belfry in housekeeping before being promoted to Nights Supervisor when I started my Level 3 Apprenticeship in Team Leader management back in 2015. Shortly after, I was promoted to Assistant Night Manager then to Night Manager. I started to help in the sales team taking phone calls and dealing with enquiries and I was offered the Sales Coordinator role before moving into the Sales Executive position. My biggest achievement was getting my current job and making an impact on the team and the business. I like challenges and I am passionate about my role delivering to the highest standard. The Belfry is an amazing place to work with many great people to work with. You get fully supported by everyone with lots of learning and progression opportunities.   Luke - Head of Golf Sales

  I have been working at the Belfry for 5 years now. I started as Senior Golf Sales Executive. After 2 years I was promoted to Golf Sales Manager, and I am Head of Golf Sales now. One of my career highlights and greatest achievements was Managing my first Betfred British Masters and hitting record numbers. Since I have started, the Belfry has transformed to a really positive culture that has been influenced by the launch of the Belfry Values. My motto is believing in yourself and your ability. It’s not just the job role you will be taking on, but the relationships you build, opportunities that arise and memories you’ll make here at the hotel. One of the great benefits of working at the hotel for me is the ability to play amazing Golf courses and use top practice facilities. Working at the Belfry, it’s an incredible high demanding but rewarding experience, with the guest at the fore front of its culture.
