The Belfry Hotel & Resort, situated in the heart of the country in North Warwickshire is launching a special Pink Afternoon Tea to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Created by award winning pastry chef, Dean Cole and his team, The Belfry’s Pink Afternoon Tea will be available throughout October.
The pink themed spread will include pink lemonade shortbread, pomegranate tea and ivory chocolate macaroons, rose petal and pink gin posset, a pink velvet sponge, a raspberry and vanilla custard tart and a mini almond Battenburg.
Served in The Brabazon Bar, guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of rosé Prosecco and will then be looked after by a trained tea sommelier who will help them choose from dozens of hand-picked tea blends that are paired perfectly with the sweet and savoury treats on offer.
The afternoon tea is served on the finest Royal Crown Derby China and also includes savouries such as feta and red onion tart; coronation chicken roll, smoked salmon in ciabatta; and a selection of classic finger sandwiches all served with plain and fruit scones and West Country clotted cream and strawberry jam.
The Belfry’s Pink Afternoon Tea is available from 1st –31st October. Prices start from £28.50 Monday to Friday, and from £31.50 on Saturday and Sunday.
