How do I rearrange my booking?
If you are due to stay with us before 30th April, we will contact you directly and rearrange your booking to a future date. We are prioritising those guests who are due to stay with us in the next few weeks, so please bear with us at this time. If you are due to stay with us after 30th April, please email enquiries@thebelfry.com with your booking reference and alternative dates and the team will be in touch to reschedule your stay in due course.

Can I get a refund?
If you have booked directly with us, and are unable to reschedule or would like a refund, we will ensure this happens.

I’ve emailed you but not heard anything. When can I expect a response?
We ask for your patience whilst we deal with a high volume of emails and calls. We aim to respond to all our guests as quickly as possible.

I’ve booked through Wowcher/Groupon/Secret Escapes, what do I do?
If you’ve booked through a third party such as the above and would like to change your booking, please call us and we can do that. If you would like a refund, you will need to contact the third party as they hold your payment, not us. One of the benefits of booking direct in future is that we can manage your whole booking.

What if I’ve booked through agents such as Golf Breaks, Spa Breaks, Booking.com etc?
All queries for bookings made through a third party and not direct with The Belfry, need to be dealt with by the third party/agent. We can easily and promptly sort out any direct booking made with us but are unable to offer the same when its booked via a third party.

I have a Spa Day / dinner or lunch reservation / afternoon tea booking that I need to move or cancel. How do I do this?
Please email enquiries@thebelfry.com with the details of your booking. Our Resort Desk Team will deal with this and confirm via email.

I have a Belfry gift voucher, can I extend this?
If you have a Belfry gift voucher that is due to expire in the next 3 months, we are offering a 3 month extension. Please contact 0344 371 0071 or enquiries@skchase.com to arrange the extension and have your voucher number to hand.

I have a voucher from Red Letter Days, Virgin Experience etc. How do I change this or get a refund?
If your voucher was booked through another site, you will need to contact them to extend, cancel or rearrange the date of your experience.

When are you planning on reopening?
At the moment, we don’t know when we will be able to open. We are following government guidelines in this matter and will share with you on the website and social media when we have anything concrete.
