Please be aware that the treatment times include before and aftercare. Access to the pool and relaxation room included. Towels and robes provided, however please bring your own footwear (Belfry flip flops are available to purchase on the day at £5 per pair). Full prepayment due upon booking, non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Please hang towels and gowns on the hooks provided when leaving the loungers. Please note we have a non-reserve policy for loungers on poolside. View our full lounger policy here.
Please can we request that you and each member of your party complete the compulsory medical questionnaires 48 hours prior to arrival, to inform us of any allergies, injuries, or medical concerns that the spa should be aware of.
