Competitions and Prize Draws
These are the terms and conditions for The Belfry prize draws and should be read together with rules of entry for the individual prize draw which together are the terms which apply between the Promoter, The Belfry Hotel & Resort, whose registered office is Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, B76 9PR (‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’) and the entrant (‘you, ‘your’).
There is no entry fee, and no purchase necessary to enter our prize draws.
Standard Belfry Terms and conditions apply. Black out dates apply. Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
Who can enter
Any entry requirement will be included in the individual prize draw rules. We will use any personal information you provide in accordance with these terms and conditions and with our privacy policy. The Belfry Hotel & Resort prize draws are not open to our employees or anyone associated with us, including members, directors, employees or agents of affiliated or subsidiary companies or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw. Entrants must be 18 years old or over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter.
How to enter/what we cannot accept
Please read the rules for the entry requirements and details of the formats required for entry. Strictly only one entry per person, per day is allowed to the prize draws. Duplicate entries are invalid and will not be entered. The opening and closing date for entries will be in the prize draw rules. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received.
Winners and prizes
The winners will be chosen at random. We reserve the right to withdraw, reduce or change the prize without notice. The Belfry is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this draw.
You may not give, or ask us to give your prize to someone else.
The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. All prizes must be claimed within twenty-eight (28) days of our notification of winning and redeemed within 6 months unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing by The Belfry management. We reserve the right to award prizes unclaimed after this period to alternative prize winners or not to award them at all and we shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected. Any prize which is returned as undelivered will be used for another competition or sent to charity.
All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash will be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of it. If you win, you permit us to use your name in any publicity material.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for loss or damage arising out of each winner’s acceptance, or enjoyment of their prize.
We reserve the right to cancel the prize draw, or amend these terms and conditions without notice. Our decision in all aspects of the prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
